Overview
Do you have experience or do you have aspirations for a career in customer services and/or administration? Do you have great interpersonal skills? If so you may well be the right person for our Operational Support Specialist position within our Operations team at Guardian.
The role reports to the Team Manager for the Back Office and is responsible for progressing all administration required within own area to support Guardian’s Customer 5 star Service proposition. You will need to have high attention to detail and able to organise and structure your work.
You will be supported by colleagues and our learning and development team through your journey with us and if you would like to further your career with us you will get support and help to achieve your ambitions!
This position is based out of our Reading office, a short walk from Reading train station and local bus services, and can be offered on a hybrid basis.
