Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., Food Safety Level 2 or equivalent). Ability to prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to a consistent standard. Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with the ability to work under pressure. Good understanding of dietary requirements and ability to cater to various dietary needs.
