We are seeking a dynamic Value Management Specialist to join our team. This role is designed to support the identification and tracking of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and embed them within a robust benefits management framework across our portfolio. The successful candidate will continuously improve the effectiveness of this framework, develop management and realization capabilities, and ensure that value is identified and mapped to strategic objectives through our organisational OKR framework. This will involve close collaboration with the leadership team (both Product & Delivery) to drive desired outcomes.
The candidate may work closely with sub portfolio / value streams and spoke PMOs. They will have strong experience in supporting strategic development, problem-solving, risk and dependency management and change governance. They will support the management and optimisation of portfolio flow and will thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment, set the standard and expectation for optimising resources to have maximum value impact and proactively take the initiative to design and establish key processes from scratch.
The candidate will be the driver in ensuring governance and reporting requirements are fulfilled effectively, whilst seeking opportunities to introduce lean principles.
Main Duties
* Support a complex portfolio of change to drive OKR management and help to identify and track benefits through to realisation.
* Develop and support evolution of a benefits realisation framework for the portfolio / value stream including cost and benefits analysis and realisation.
* Create and manage a value stream benefit map against investment, programme delivery, interdependencies, and realisation plans.
* Support portfolio / value stream in maturing benefits and OKR management capability, management and reporting.
* Support communication and reporting to governance boards and forums effectively.
* Support identification, recording, managing and reporting on the risks being managed at portfolio level.
* Monitor and maintain financial records to agreed requirements for compliance and audit.
* Assist with annual budgeting and planning activity.
* Support the Portfolio with continuous improvement of all governance and processes, removing duplication and waste and identifying opportunities to introduce lean principles.

Essential
* A demonstrable record of benefits identification, monitoring, management and realisation across a large portfolio of change.
* Excellent Communication, organisation & presentation skills.
* Advanced in Problem solving.
* Management of performance metrics (OKR’s/ KPI’s).
* Commercial understanding and impact.
* Stakeholders Management of varying levels.
* Understanding various delivery methodologies and how they can be managed differently.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Sound understanding of reporting requirements surrounding change including performance, governance and finance.
Desirable
* Leading SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
* Benefits Management & Realisation and / or project / change management.
* Management of Portfolios (MOP)
* Understanding of planning based on strategic outcomes.
* Continuous Improvement experience
* Experience of developing and enhancing team strategies that are focused on benefit, value and maximising resources.
* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices.
