Operations Manager - Warrington
Salary - £60-75k
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week
Overview: TXM Recruit is currently looking for a capable Operations Manager to oversee a property service branch in Warrington. The Operations Manager MUST have social housing experience due to all contracts being of this nature.
Responsibilities:
1. Understanding and overseeing the company's business strategy, targets, processes, procedures, forecasting, growth, development and more.
2. Managing all staff that reports to this branch.
3. Overseeing site inspections, audits, improvement plans, accident/incident inspections, training, etc.
4. Developing a subcontract supply chain to support contract delivery and ensuring effective site reporting and constructive Branch meetings are held.
5. Building customer and client relationships.
Compensation: The salary for this role is between £60-75k (DOE), along with offering a car allowance/company car, bonus (between 5-20%), company pension, and more.
Minimum Requirements:
1. MUST have employed experience in this type of role.
2. MUST have social housing experience.
3. Must be able to manage a large team.
4. Need to have a good understanding of planned project work.
