PRS are seeking to recruit for an experienced Administrator / Planner based in Warrington. This is a contract role that runs to Mid August 2025. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, Paying £13.71 per hour.
Job Specification:
The post holder is accountable for delivery and administration of Reactive and PPM Works and follow-on services for the client.
The post holder will be required to deal with various challenges, including but not limited to reactive works and preventative maintenance.
You will be required to work closely with the Contract Manager and Technical Service Manager.
Understanding of the contract KPI’s and associated contract specifications to ensure delivery to customer expectations.
Good Level of interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience of supporting operational teams
• Experience of planning, organising and prioritising workload, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Ability to develop effective relations with key stakeholders including senior management, customers, staff teams and clients
• Ensure all aspects of maintenance and repairs are planned, dispatched and billed in accordance with strict KPIs/SLAs and in a safe working environment.
• Provide timely support to maintain the highest standard of statutory compliance.
• You will be proactive about preventative maintenance and corrective works whilst using the highest level of customer focus
