Mon - Fri 4 hours per day
£12.21 per hour – raising to £14ph after training.
Our well-established client based in Newark is looking for an experienced part time administrator to join their small multi skilled team. The suitable candidate will be reporting to the office manager and completing a variety of administration activities.
Duties include for the role of Part Time Admin:
• Managing customer calls and printing emails for distribution.
• Checking order acknowledgements and chasing lead times.
• Coordinating deliveries, completing bookings, and checking despatch notes
• Processing goods received notes and checking supplier pricing and creating invoices.
• Updating supplier and customer details on the inhouse CRM
• General administration duties
This is a small team which requires an experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail and time-management skill to join them.
Candidates must have Intermediate Word and Excel skills and be numerate.
