Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
* Manage and support a team of early years practitioners, promoting best practices in childcare
* Ensure the nursery meets Ofsted standards and all safeguarding requirements
* Develop and deliver engaging early years programs to support children's learning and development
* Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and staff
* Handle administrative tasks, including staff rotas, budgets, and compliance
What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Childcare, Early Years, or related field
* Proven experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding policies, and early years frameworks
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* A passion for providing outstanding early years education and care
