Salary: £26,003 (Pro-Rata)
Days/Hours of work: The role is office-based Monday to Friday with the possibility to work scheduled weekend shifts from home.
About the role and about you
Our client is recruiting for resourceful and articulate individuals to join their Customer Service team, based at Hampton Court Palace. You need to be able to think on your feet and you should enjoy a varied role, where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for all customer queries; you should be enthusiastic, empathetic and able to deal with a variety of different people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact
* Answer customer enquiries by phone, email and web enquiry.
* Provide outstanding customer care.
* Sell tickets, products and membership.
* Reply to enquiries in a concise and empathetic manner.
Key Skills:
* Excellent communication skills.
* High standard of written and spoken English.
* A team player who has good attention to detail.
* Resourceful, able to work independently and troubleshoot issues.
* Courteous and confident phone manner.
* Confidence with a variety of computer programmes.
Working Hours:
* Full time (36 hours per week)
* 1 weekend day every 2-3 weeks.
