Your role will involve building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service both internally and externally in either of the following areas: Sales Support: Handle customer orders via email/phone and process them in the ERP system. Manage pricing queries, delivery updates, and order issues. Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Resolve complaints, such as damaged or delayed deliveries. Purchasing: Place supplier purchase orders, ensuring correct stock levels. Manage pricing queries, delivery delays, and supplier communication. Work with warehouses and logistics to resolve purchase order issues. Identify improvements in the purchasing process. What We’re Looking For: Two Years plus experience - Customer Service or an office based Business Support function. Strong communication skills - professional and clear via phone and email. Resilience & multitasking - work under pressure and meet deadlines. Problem-solving mindset - proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused. Numerical skills - comfortable working with data and percentages. IT proficiency - basic Word & Excel, with a willingness to learn systems. Team player with a can-do attitude.
