The postwill be30hoursper weekbased inReadingatErleghHouse.
Our ChildrenYoungPeople’sIntegratedTherapy (CYPIT)service supports children and young people from birth to 19 years of age across Berkshire.We’reanintegrated therapy service, committed toan impact-based clinical decision making and co-production of therapy plans with our families and partners.
Our teams are enthusiastic,flexibleand forward-thinking, embracing the use of social media and exploring digital solutions to make us more accessible to children and their families.Successful candidateswould beexpectedto take an activeroleinsupporting the team toachievea smoothexperiencefor service users.
• Manage andmaintainoffice systems
• Assistin the efficient andaccuraterecording of data on all electronic systems
• Ensurethat services run smoothly through having well planned and organised administrative systems and processes in place
• Provide secretarial/administrative support to the Operational Leads and other CYPIT staff
• Receive,openand distribute all mail/emailsdelivered to the department.
• Processreferrals received and book appointments as appropriate
• Sourceand order equipment
• Assistin the collation of data andmaintaindatabases to support the management of the service
• Be the point of contact for service users and external agencies, providing information and responding to queries from patients/carers
