About the position : We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our multicultural team in Brno - Czech Republic who has a passion for technology and expanding their knowledge while providing exceptional customer service. If you are an IT Technician, IT Specialist, Helpdesk, Service Technician, or Technical Support, IT Administrator, this position may be for you What are we looking for? 1-3 years of experience providing on-site IT support. Salary is based on experience. Fluent in the Czech language and business proficient in English. Languages will be assessed during the selection process. Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft desktop software (Win7-10) and operating systems (O365). Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configuration, other IT qualifications as appropriate. Ability to work as part of a team or independently. Ability to lift/carry computer equipment weighing up to 50 kg What you will bring to ESP: Installing, troubleshooting and repairing desktops, printers, laptops and peripherals. Providing on-site repairs for laptops and desktops. Managing desktop configurations, including hardware upgrades and replacements. Checking and maintaining security profiles and anti-virus software. This position will work Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
