Purpose of the Role
The primary objective of this role is to design, develop, and improve software using various engineering methodologies that provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues.
Accountabilities
* Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions by utilizing industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring code scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
* Contribute to code reviews, promote code quality and knowledge sharing, and stay informed about industry technology trends and innovations.
* Implement secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
* Apply effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
