About The Role
Reporting to theAccommodation Productivity Manager you will helpwith the end-to-end planning of our accommodation availability andcleaning. You will be responsible for understanding the forecast ofroom bookings by type and ensuring all room bookings are allocatedon time and accurately, adhering to notes and paid forupgrades.
You will needto understand the status of rooms at any given time ensuring allrooms allocated are fit for use. You will maintain a level ofservice recovery rooms ensuring Resort teams have back up roomsavailable when problems arise. Working to the required number ofrooms on sale.
We willask you to put the guest experience at the forefront of theprocess, ensuring you are maximising opportunities to assist guestsin having a great experience, whilst supporting the resort achieveNPS goals.
You will needto communicate directly with Accommodation & Guest ServicesTeam Members ensuring Resort understands status of rooms ready forcheck in. You will need to follow documented standard operatingprocedures when processing requests for Entertainment/Internal orExternal Visitors, ensuring that a fully audited process for zerocost bookings is adhered to at all times.
To communicate with key room teameffectively and in a timely manner any changes or amendments toallocations. Ensuring all booked add on's and special requests areidentified and planned for accordingly. You will also workalongside Accommodation and Facilities teams to plan forrefurbishment works in accommodationunits.

Ourresorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you willneed some flexibility to work evenings and weekends. This is apermanent full time role covering 40 hours perweek.
