Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and interactive KS3 English and Maths lessons to students in the East of England area.
* Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to support students in their learning and development.
* Create tailored educational plans and resources to meet the individual needs of students.
* Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching methods as necessary.
* Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure the academic success of students.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching KS3 English and Maths.
* Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in KS3 English and Maths.
* Strong understanding of the KS3 curriculum and assessment requirements.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
* Proficiency in using educational technology and resources to enhance learning.
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field.
* Experience working in outreach or community education programmes.
Additional Information:
* This is a temporary position based in Sandon, Essex.
* Full-Time hours, with flexibility required to accommodate student schedules.
* Travel within the East of England region may be necessary for outreach activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
