Description If you’re passionate about customer service and you want to make a difference everyday, this is the opportunity for you Home Customer Service Advisor Location: NEXT Contact Centre, Radar Road, Leicester, LE3 1UF Shift: Wednesday to Saturday 8.30am to 6pm Rate of pay: £11.99 plus as additional £1 when working at the weekend quarterly performance bonus This increases to £12.70 per hour once you have met a certain skill set within the role. You must be able to commit to full time training and during our peak trading periods you’ll also be required to work an additional 4 hours for 20 weeks of the year.
