Working within Customer and Business Services, these roles will support all aspects of the Accounts Payable or Housing Benefit & Council Tax Reduction functions delivering a wide range of administration and clerical support, including checking invoices and processing for payment, dealing with account enquiries and assisting customers with online benefit claims.
Candidates should be able to communicate well, be comfortable with numbers, have a good level of accuracy and the ability to follow processes within set deadlines.
A working knowledge of SAP, PECOS, Pulse, EDRMS and Microsoft packages is advantageous; however, full training will be given.
This is a high volume fast-paced environment subject to change at short notice; therefore, a flexible approach is required.
