Temporary Receptionist/Front of House Coordinator - Beauty Clinic (Bristol) Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a high-end beauty clinic in Bristol seeking a Receptionist/Front of House Experience Coordinator to provide cover at their clinic. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm, professional, and luxurious experience. Your primary focus will be a mix of front desk responsibilities and assisting with clinic coordination to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires you to be on-site daily. ? Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, flexible shifts)?? Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour Key Responsibilities Act as the face of the clinic, greeting and assisting clients in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organised, and stocked with necessary materials. Oversee appointment bookings, ensuring clients are checked in and directed to their treatment rooms efficiently. Assist with clinic coordination, including monitoring treatment rooms, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring a clean and relaxing environment. Handle administrative tasks via a smartphone, such as managing client records, processing payments, ordering stock, and responding to enquiries. Provide ad-hoc support for promotional events, marketing activities, and special client experiences. What You Will Bring Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or office coordination role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. A proactive and reliable approach, with great attention to detail. Confidence in handling administrative tasks efficiently and professionally.
