HR Operations Partner - LATAM - 24 month contract

ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a HR Operations Partner, you will be part of our Berlin based HR operations team in all areas of Human Resources. Your focus will be HR support for our Audible teams in LATAM, whilst you will also support HR Operations for all of the regions in scope.
This position is initially open through a 24-month contract.
As a HR Operations Partner, you will...
1. Manage and maintain our HRI systems and documents, with support of HR Centralized Services and global partners.
2. Support employee queries and situations with discretion and expertise along with routine standard work around the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Be the first point of contact for escalations.
3. Act as a subject matter expert & assist internal customers through the complete employee lifecycle (e.g. benefits support, LOA, payroll queries, local policies/programs/procedures, etc.).
4. Be the frontline consultant for managers, stakeholders and business partners to enable best decision making. Work closely with HRBP’s in the locations.
5. Operate and improve standard operating procedures to deliver an improved employee experience.
6. Prepare & deliver recurring standard reports and complete HR audits.
7. Act as a proxy for your peers in the team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years practical experience in HR Operations
- Business fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Experience with MS Office programs, ticketing systems and HRIS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- French, German or Italian language skills are a plus
- Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal considerations related to local HR practices
