We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Food Technician for January 2025. This is a part-time role (circa 29 hours per week, during term time) that will provide assistance in meeting the practical needs of the food and nutrition curriculum. You will be responsible for all equipment and ingredients, ensuring that they are fit for use in the lessons.
Based in the state-of-the-art Science and Technology building, you will be working with a group of hardworking and enthusiastic teachers who work together to achieve excellent results.
The successful applicant will be competent in a range of cooking techniques, using a broad variety of kitchen equipment, with an understanding of food preparation and nutrition in schools. You will be cheerful, approachable, and conscientious with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
