As a Customer Support Advisor at our client's company, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their users have a positive experience on the platform. You'll be the friendly face and voice of their organisation, providing exceptional customer service and support to all users.

3. Retain valuable tradespeople by providing them with exceptional support and creative solutions.
4. Handle complaints from our customers, ensuring they receive advice and support towards a positive resolution.
5. Collaborate with other teams to develop and test new approaches that enhance user experience.
6. Respond to questions and comments on social media platforms and review sites like Trustpilot.
Job Requirements:
1. You have 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your tone to suit different situations.
3. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. A flexible and adaptable mindset, willing to meet the ever-changing needs of our business and customers.
5. A positive outlook, enthusiasm, and the ability to work well within a team.
6. Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new applications and processes.
