An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic Speech and Language Therapist to clinically lead and develop Cumbria Children's Speech and Language service.
This high-performing team works as part of an integrated Children's Therapy Service alongside Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Audiology. They work closely with colleagues across health, education, and social care, delivering a responsive, effective, and fast-moving service.
Due to the countywide nature of this post, there will be a requirement to travel around Cumbria to provide visible leadership and development. You will work closely with operational managers in your role, providing clinical steer and insight to support operational and service decision-making.
Cumbria Children's Speech and Language Therapy service is a friendly, supportive team committed to delivering excellent care. We have a well-developed supervision and peer support system in place, and the wellbeing of staff is very important to us.
