Hyperion Equestrian Centre is a livery, training and competition yard looking for a Level 2 Equine Apprentice who has a keen passion for horses, the outdoors, and who would like to further their training and education within a supportive environment.

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

Duties will include:
* Providing essential day-to-day care
* Feeding
* Grooming
* Cleaning equipment
* Handling, preparing, exercising the horses
* Carrying out routine yard duties

* The successful candidate will undertake 15 months training to complete a Level 2 Equine Groom Apprenticeship
* All training will be carried out at the employer's premises, with the support of the employer, and will be delivered by Haddon Training
* Functional Skills, Maths and English will form part of the apprenticeship if the successful candidate doesn't already hold a level 4 or above for each subject
