Facilities Account Coordinator - Basildon - 35k - Permanent Position - Full time in the Office
Do you have extensive experience within a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator role, Account Management, or have you scheduled for Engineers before? This is a great role where you will look after a large Luxury Retail account for a wonderful company based in Basildon.
My client, a well-established Facilities and Maintenance company, is currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Account Manager to look after one of their luxury Retail Clients for their Europe division.
They are looking to recruit a candidate who has a background in Facilities and Maintenance and managing important contracts. This role would suit someone ambitious and proactive who wants to build a brilliant career with a company that really invests in their staff.
You will have experience ideally within the retail sector within Facilities and Maintenance and will have excellent customer service skills, being willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. Your main focus will be to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the account, ensuring everything follows the correct processes when completing jobs, updating, further works, etc., whilst providing quality customer service and assistance.
Duties:
1. Reacting to facility issues or repair requests and raising jobs on the internal system while ensuring impeccable customer service.
2. Monitoring inboxes, PPMS, and raising Purchase Orders.
3. Coordinating Engineers' appointments.
4. Problem-solving and working through queries.
5. Working on planned and reactive maintenance requests.
6. Checking progress and updating clients.
7. Producing purchase orders and closing calls.
8. Preparing quotes and budgets.
You will liaise with various end users from Senior Managers to Engineers and subcontractors. Based in a friendly department, this will suit someone organised with a background in Facilities Maintenance who has experience looking after prestigious accounts.
