Job summary An opportunity has arisen within Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to appoint a Part Time Admin Co-ordinator in our Basingstoke School Nursing team based at Parklands House. As the Admin Co-ordinator you will assist the School Nursing team in the development and maintenance of a quality administrative service across a defined area. You will be required to provide high level support to the Admin Lead, Admin Manager and Clinical Team Leads in all aspects of activity relating to the Business Unit function. The role includes answering phones, entering information on patient record systems, inputting of data for the National Child Measurement Programme, Vision, managing emails, E-Rostering for the team, ordering of stationery and equipment and minute taking at team meetings along with other general administrative tasks. Applicants must have excellent IT skills, an NVQ in Administration and be prepared to provide cross-cover support to other teams and sites across the Area as required.You will need access to a car, a full driving licence and insurance for business use.
