Responsibilities
* Maintain the highest clinical standards in the management of emergency services.
* Shared responsibility for the day-to-day management of the clinical areas.
* Responsible for providing high-quality leadership and effective team working.
* Teaching and training of junior doctors, nurses, and other staff.
* Responsible for active participation in continuing medical education.
* Participate in audit and quality assurance processes.
