Are you located in the North East of the UK? Copart are looking for an Account Manager to cover the North East, to be responsible for the management of a portfolio of Automotive customer accounts. The ideal candidate will be based in the following areas: Durham, Teeside, Newcastle, Sunderland or Middlesbrough.
Working to a pre-defined target, you will achieve growth through maintaining consistent contact with customers, delivering regular performance reviews of accounts and building strong relationships. This is a field-based role, with some working from home or from a Copart Operations Centre, which requires a high level of self-motivation. You’ll need to be a self-starter with the drive, sales acumen and self-discipline to consistently seek out new sales leads whilst managing existing accounts.
With the ability to work flexibly, as agreed with management, you’ll be in control of what you do and how much you can earn. As our account portfolio continues to grow, you can enjoy great earnings potential.
Your earnings opportunity:
Basic salary of £26,130 per annum. On top of this, if you hit 100% of your target, you can earn up to £750.00 per calendar month in commission, with the ability to take this up to 150% of your target, which equates to commission earnings up to £1,125.00 per calendar month. This means you could earn up to £37,700.00 per annum.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Maintain and grow sales into an existing base of automotive accounts through relationship building, regular contact and sales negotiation.
2. Conduct regular customer reviews.
3. Set your own appointments and manage your own diary.
4. Achieve annual sales targets and objectives set by the business.
5. Manage contractual documentation to ensure full compliance.
6. Identify and sell the appropriate product into each customer, maximising margin opportunities.
7. Maintain the Salesforce database at all times with orders, activity and account contact information.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, within both the sales and operational team as well as key departments.
9. Own your own learning, with the support of your line manager and a structured training program.
10. Ensure accurate and timely management updates and reports.

3. Full UK driving licence.
4. Strong time management and relationship-building skills.
5. Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
