As Lettings Manager, youll have the rare opportunity to lead and shape a newly established department. Drawing on a wealth of warm leads and a black book of landlords built from years of successful referrals, youll have the resources to hit the ground running. The package
Up to £30,000 basic salary per annum + OTE up to £45,000
Monday to Friday 09:30 17:30 + alternate Saturdays 09:30 13:30, with day off in lieu during the week

Help establish and run a profitable and well organised Lettings Department
Provide an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants
Lead by example and delegate tasks with the aim to exceed standards of performance and branch targets
Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career
Process property valuations and viewings
Generate new business in a target driven environment
The person
Has a Property / Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Negotiator, or Negotiator background
Proven experience managing, leading and mentoring a team
ARLA or equivalent qualification ( desirable but not essential )
A full UK driving licence ( essential )
