We are recruiting for a Personal Lines Account Handler on a 12 month FTC, to work on the handling of general personal lines with focus on household insurance.
Overview of duties
* Maintain a professional image of self and the Group to all customers and insurers
* Identify and understand the customers needs and business
* Build relationships with customers and provide an ongoing service
* Complete and offer all renewals within the FCA guidelines
* Complete and process all new business and transfer new business within the FCA guidelines
* Completion of tasks in a timely manner
* Ensure that all compliance responsibilities are recorded and reported as required
* Build own technical knowledge to achieve/maintain competence and maintain own training records

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
* Planning and Organisational skills
* FCA Compliant Process
Education / and or Experience
* General insurance experience
* Household insurance experience is preferred

Hours: Monday – Friday, 35 Hours
