PMO Analyst Project Management £42,000 Chelmsford Permanent,Full Time Our clientis looking for a PMO Analyst to provide administrative and analytical support to project managers and the PMO team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Assist in implementing project management standards, processes, and methodologies, and provide insights through data analysis and reporting. What you'll be doing Advocate best practices and standard procedures to enhance project delivery effectiveness. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and proactively address any deviations. Track project milestones and deliverables and highlight project deviances. Generate regular reports and dashboards for project stakeholders, emphasising key metrics, risks, and issues. Monitor risk mitigation actions and escalate unresolved issues to project management and leadership as necessary. Perform audits and assessments to verify compliance with project management policies and procedures. What our clientare looking for Proven experience in project management or PMO roles. Process driven and experience in championing strong PMO good practise. Proven experience in generating reports using reporting tools. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
