About the Role
You’ll be joining the Water Engineering Team, based in Plymouth, working on vital water management projects across the UK. The team supports clients with both infrastructure and non-infrastructure assets across clean and waste water sectors.
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you’ll contribute to projects that ensure resilient, safe, and sustainable water supplies to communities through advanced engineering solutions – from nature-based designs to cutting-edge technologies.
You’ll gain exposure to site visits, inspections, technical modelling, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability planning. It’s a role designed for those who want to learn by doing and be part of something bigger.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the delivery of civil engineering projects in the water sector
* Contributing to the design, analysis, and improvement of infrastructure
* Collaborating with engineers, consultants, and technical specialists
* Assisting with site assessments, inspections, and project documentation
* Applying sustainable thinking to infrastructure and environmental challenges
* Continuously learning and working towards professional qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Accepted Degrees:
* BEng or MEng in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering
Skills & Qualities:
* Strong analytical thinking and a creative approach to problem-solving
* Excellent teamworking and communication skills
* The drive to apply your technical knowledge to real-world impact
* Willingness to travel and attend site visits where required
