Creating remarkable software that our customers will love, using modern technologies.
* Getting challenged with complex and interesting problems.
* Working alongside Architects and DevOps Engineers on technical architecture, deployment/pipelines, and infrastructure.
* Collaborating within our Barrier team alongside other developers, UX Designers, Product Owners, and SMEs.
* Keeping your eyes and ears open for ways we can further streamline our innovation process.
* Contributing to shaping the culture and methodology of a growing software house.
How you will be doing this
* You’re part of an agile, multidisciplinary team. You bring your own unique skill set to the table and collaborate with kind and smart colleagues to accomplish your goals.
* You prioritize your work with the team and its Software Development Manager, weighing both the business and technical value of each task.
* You don’t do things just because they were always done that way. You don’t ignore the lessons learned, however - even those learned by others.
Team
The Barrier team is a cross-functional team consisting of 5 members. Our mission is to simplify the complex process of collecting, combining, and assessing data from various sources, providing an accurate and up-to-date view of statuses—ranging from safety, risk, and operational metrics of individual equipment to entire systems, platforms, and plants.
