6-7 month contract or Permanent hire Projective are seeking an experienced Senior Clean Utilities and Sterile manufacturing SME, with experience in the design, operation and validation of Purified Water, WFI, Clean Steam, and Sterile Manufacturing systems, coupled with a passion for sustainability. This role offers potential for flexible location, hybrid working and flexibility on Full Time hours. As a result of our continued growth and expansion. Projective has an immediate requirement for an experienced Clean Utilities & Sterile Manufacturing Subject Mater Expert. As part of our integrated services, you will be working with project teams within complex industrial facilities, who will be designing, and delivering projects with large scale manufacturing clients globally. A significant volume of this work will be solving issues on existing installations and integrating the latest new technology for low and zero carbon solutions into these established facilities. As well as assisting the project teams and clients with technical expertise, you will also be expected to provide training and awareness on your area of expertise to other Projective engineers. You must have a deep, expert understanding of Clean Utilities design & Sterile Manufacturing technologies including the validation & qualification of these systems, ideally gained in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will be qualified and experienced within a relevant discipline, and you will ideally be a Chartered professional. This is a pivotal client facing role and candidates will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. The ideal applicant will have significant relevant career experience within a Sterile Manufacturing or design environment. Knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements for clean utilities systems, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector. Experience to carry out a site audit and report on system condition, maintenance regimes and replacement strategies Analysing and presenting process and operational data. System Design and Equipment selection to meet design requirements Ability to write a control description and commission systems Knowledge of low and zero carbon solutions for clean utilities Awareness and keeping up to date on latest technologies and developments within the field of expertise. Knowledge of and proven appreciation/passion for energy saving strategies. Development and mentoring of other technical staff. Qualifications and Additional Requirements: 10 Years of experience essential within your specialist subject. Chartered Engineer with a recognised institution. Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline e.g. Mechanical/Building Services /Environmental. PC Literate – MS Office, MS Project. Excellent written, verbal and presentational skills Resident in the UK Current driving licence and access to a car Relevant expertise should be clearly demonstrated on your application.
