Reporting to a Team Leader and Manager, your mission includes: Resolution Champions: Tackle customer inquiries head-on, leaving no question unanswered. Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues across the business, from entry-level to executive, to ensure our services shine. Channel Dynamo: Master various channels - telephony, email, live chat - delivering high-quality performance at every turn.
