The Head of D365 (Dynamics 365 Development) is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of Dynamics 365 solutions and teams within an organization. This role involves strategic planning, proven team leadership, and collaboration across various departments (technical and non-technical) to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of our Azure Dynamics 365 platform. Key responsibilities Leadership and Strategy : Develop and execute the strategic vision for Dynamics 365 solutions, aligning with business goals and objectives. Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of developers, architects, and analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Solution Design and Implementation : Oversee the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Dynamics 365 applications. Compliance and Security : Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards and security protocols. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
