The team advises a wide range of clients, including sector-leading businesses, public and private organisations and individuals.
Responsibilities:
* Conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals
* Portfolio acquisitions, disposals and management
* Secured lending transactions for lenders and borrowers
* Acting for landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, surrenders, agreements for lease and management matters
* Supporting corporate transactions, including share and asset sales and purchases
* Contributing to business development and practice marketing initiatives
The Candidate:
* The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE, having gained experience in a well-regarded law firm
* Possess a strong understanding of commercial property law, with the ability to offer practical, commercial, and strategic advice tailored to the needs of clients, including high net worth individuals and corporate clients
* Manage client relationships effectively and mentor junior team members.
* Business development will be a key aspect of this role, with the opportunity to play a pivotal part in the firm’s growth
* The firm offers a clear and structured career progression path, with the potential to progress into a Senior Associate or Legal Director role through its Talent Management Framework
Qualifications:
* 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property law
* Experience in commercial landlord and tenant matters
* Experience acting for both banks and borrowers in secured lending transactions
* Familiarity with property aspects of corporate transactions
* Strong academic background
* A keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality work is produced
