We are looking for a detail oriented Project Administrator to support our team in delivering infrastructure gas projects. This role involves providing administrative and organizational support, helping to ensure our projects run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Tier 1 contractors and familiarity with MS Office and ASITE for project tracking and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the project management team, ensuring all project documents are up to date and organized.
2. Use project tools such as MS Office and ASITE to maintain project records, track progress, and assist in reporting.
3. Coordinate communication among team members, clients, and contractors to support project milestones.
4. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project deliverables.
5. Support the team in maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a project administration role, ideally within the infrastructure or gas utility sector.
2. Experience with Tier 1 contractors is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ASITE (or similar project management software).
4. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
1. Full UK driving license and the ability to commute within the Norfolk area.
2. Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or a related field are an advantage.
