About the Role:
We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our Finance Department for a Finance Transformation Lead. This key role sits within the Business Improvement and Internal Controls (BIIC) Team and will play a critical part in driving performance measurement and continuous improvement across Finance processes and controls.
The Finance Transformation Lead will be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of Finance controls, ensuring adherence to agreed processes within established reporting cycles, and identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes across key functions and multiple entities.
Reporting directly to the Head of BIIC, the successful candidate will be part of a team of 8, collaborating closely with BAU teams in Group Finance, transactional teams, Country Finance teams, and Operations teams to design and implement sustainable process improvements.
The key to success in this role will be the ability to build strong working relationships, a passion for driving improvements that benefit others, and the capability to transform data into clear, meaningful, and often visual insights that inform decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading the design and implementation of an Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) framework across the Group, ensuring compliance with best practice standards.
2. Driving the transformation and standardisation of critical financial processes across multiple entities to align with Group-wide policies and procedures.
3. Proactively managing stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organisation to ensure alignment, collaboration, and the successful delivery of project milestones.
4. Conducting regular performance reviews and progress assessments to ensure timely delivery of project objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Facilitating workshops and training sessions to raise awareness, embed a controls culture, and drive process excellence across the organisation.
6. Preparing and delivering clear, engaging presentations on key projects and progress updates to internal Executive leadership and external stakeholders.
7. Supporting the development, creation, and alignment of Group-wide and entity-level financial policies, ensuring consistency and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

What we’re looking for:
1. Qualified Accountant with experience and knowledge of Finance Controls.
2. Data management and producing high-quality information is critical.
3. IT literate, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Happy working with data and people.
5. Experience of operating in a relatively complex business.
