Skills:
* Candidate should have sound hands on experience & knowledge of fabrication of plant piping, repair of static equipment and crude oil storage tanks.
* Good knowledge of API/ASME standards related to piping, vessels and storage tanks.
* Should have experience of project estimation.
* Strong knowledge of asset integrity of tanks, pipelines & vessels etc.
* Maintenance experience of Centrifugal Pumps, Gas/Diesel Engines and Work shop equipment will be considered as an additional skill.
* Should have sound knowledge and skills of inventory and maintenance management through EAM/CMMS.
* Should have strong team building, self-motivation and supervisory skills.
* Working experience of preparing budgets, assisting ISO internal audits and maintaining compliance to HSE and departmental procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment, engines, compressors, and pipelines and facility maintenance.
* Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of maintenance and repair activities at different facility & field.
* Initiate and manage inventory based on project requirements and job schedules.
* Maintain accurate records of material transactions, store movements, and transportation activities.
* Execute all maintenance and repair activities in adherence to company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
* Ensure compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
* Prepare and manage maintenance budgets for both capital and expenditures.
* Evaluate budget performance, compare actual vs. forecasted expenses, and plan for the next fiscal year.
* Design, plan, and execute major replacement, modification, and repair jobs in the field.
* Monitor and ensure timely progress of ongoing projects and modifications.
* Ensure the reliability and extended life of all field facilities, including accommodation, plants, and pipelines, through timely maintenance and repairs.
* Manage material availability for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
* Perform cost estimation and project planning for major projects and modifications within the field.
* Manage the mechanical aspects of township infrastructure, including sewage systems, waste management, and transportation networks (such as pumps and motors for water and sewage systems).
* Ensure all mechanical infrastructure complies with local regulations and industry best practices.
* Prepare and manage well-site facilities for new drilling, workover, and testing operations.
* Oversee new pipeline installations, modifications, and fabrication, including sandblasting, welding and non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures.
* Develop drawings for the erection of new pipelines within the field.
* Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and major job reports, including KPI's monitoring.
* Support audits and inspections by third-party auditors or inspectors, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
* Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and maintenance work.
* Assist planning teams in ordering parts, equipment, and supplies necessary for projects and operations.
