* General administrative duties—scanning, filing, photocopying.
* Liaising with other employees and departments of the company.
* Providing support within the HR department.
* Confident communicating via telephone, email, and face to face.
* Experience problem solving.
* Answering and providing solution to customer queries.
* Experience using MRP system.
* Computer literate.
* Excellent communication skills—verbal & written.
* Highly organised, enthusiastic, team player.
* Ability to prioritise workloads, to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
* Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
