Job Purpose: The Accounts Assistant Manager will manage a dynamic portfolio of clients and oversee the preparation of financial and tax-related documentation. You will also lead and train team members while assisting senior management in refining and improving operational processes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts clients and act as the primary contact for client communications • Oversee the preparation of company accounts and tax returns • Manage the preparation of personal tax returns • Oversee the preparation of VAT returns • Provide additional client services, including management accounts and forecasting • Train and mentor junior team members, ensuring they develop their skills • Collaborate with senior management to enhance internal processes and ensure efficiency The Successful Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced accountant, capable of managing client relationships and leading a team.
