ADI Snap One now have the opportunity for an Outbound Marketing Representative to join our team and be responsible for owning the onboarding process for Snap One and Control4 partners in EMEA.
This position will be the subject matter expert on the extensive Snap One onboarding process for new partners as well as having strong product knowledge to better promote Snap One and drive faster spend and product adoption. This position requires someone with service and sales experience, ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure while demonstrating strict attention to detail and remaining partner focused.
JOB DUTIES:
* Offer best in class onboarding experience for prospected Snap One and Control4 partners on the phone and via email.
* Manage all partner applications through a detailed selection process, closely collaborating with the sales team, obtaining required documentation.
* Collate all required documentation and set up all new partners in SAP.
* Promote/sell/secure business from partners that have not made a first purchase.
* Participate in marketing promotions and campaigns when relevant specifically to new partners.
* Comprehension of Snap One products and solutions to offer partners’ unique business needs.
YOU MUST HAVE:
* 2+ Years’ experience in customer service, sales, or account marketing role.
