Responsibilities: Estabilish project briefs, agree procurement process and set up project processes. Manage the end to end process of projects, leading and coordinating supplier teams. Ensure design specification are met throughout the project. Manage the risk and change processes Financial management of projects including; raising invoices, tracking budgets. Liaise and advise both internal and external teams on project progress and viability. Requirements: A proven track record of leading and delivering high quality project management services across the full project lifecycle. Ability to lead/operate on a multiple-project environment. Confidence on advising clients on project related issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A good team member and leader who also sets an example for others to follow. Previous experience in hotel, leisure and hospitality projects is preferred.
