As our Flow Wrapper Manufacturing Technician, you will be a key part of our lean transformation and help us to attain operational excellence. You will be responsible for delivering against safety, quality, delivery and cost key metrics. What To Expect - Take ownership of one of the People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost pillars and communicate this to your Team in the daily Tier 1 meetings. - Lead multiple manufacturing processes within the Manufacturing team. - Perform training on processes in which you are Subject Matter Expert. - You will be proficient on ERP systems and be able to open & closes work orders and problem solve. - Your GMP/compliance and standard of document completion will be of the highest level, and you will take ownership for the closing out of batches you have led in both Oracle and documentation. - Ability to multi-task and plan ahead for the next day's production activities. - Responsible for transportation, handling, and disposal of waste. - Perform the operation/calibration of all general lab/manufacturing equipment. - Responsible for maintaining (cleaning) of laboratory/manufacturing environment in your work area including that of laboratory consumables. - Effectively communicate with the leads in your area. - Effectively communicate with support functions such as planning/warehousing and engineering. - Collect data and input this data into KPI trackers. - Be knowledgeable of problem-solving techniques and tools and take a lead role Root Cause Analysis. - You will be safety aware and a user of the Safety Database by recording and effective resolution of Hazard Spots. You will also take part in Safety and 5S audits to ensure standards are maintained and tracked. - You will have a positive impact on the site's Lean Manufacturing ethos by playing an active role in Continuous Improvement/Kaizen events.
