Barton Peveril is a thriving Sixth Form College with excellent outcomes for students and outstanding facilities. We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll and Pensions Officer to join our HR team.
You will be responsible for the accurate processing and submission of the College payroll each month. In addition, you will have responsibility for the administration of the College pension schemes.
Requirements include:
1. Previous experience of working in a payroll role.
2. Ability to use HR databases and independently carry out payroll administration.
3. Knowledge of pensions, with a desire to understand both Local Government and Teachers Pension Scheme.
4. Strong mathematical skills and the ability to resolve salary and pension queries.
