To be responsible for running two halls for hire and a meeting room, carrying out the following tasks:
1. Responsible for opening up, locking down, and securing the halls.
2. Schedule caretaking and cleaning for opening and closing bookings.
3. Set the heating requirements for each of the rooms.
4. Ensure that rooms are fit for hire, clean, and ready.
5. Set up tables and break down for the next hirer.
6. Carry out health and safety checks.
7. Cover for other caretaking duties at weekends.
This is not a complete list of tasks to be undertaken, and other reasonable tasks will be required at the direction of the clerk.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.85-£13.05 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
