Administrator – Highways Contractor (Ipswich / Hybrid Working) Long-term opportunity | 30 hours per week (flexible) We are currently seeking a motivated Administrator to join our team, supporting a busy highways contractor on a long-term basis. This role plays a key part in the smooth running of our projects, providing vital administrative support to ensure our project meetings are well-organised and actions are effectively managed. Key Responsibilities: * Attending project meetings (virtual and in-person) to take comprehensive notes * Logging actions and distributing accurate meeting minutes in a timely manner * General administrative tasks to support project teams About the Role: * Primarily home-based with some attendance required at our area office, Phoenix House, Ipswich * 30 hours per week with flexibility offered for the right candidate * Occasional later working hours may be required to accommodate meetings—this can be paid as overtime or worked flexibly What We’re Looking For: * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Confident note-taking and minute-writing abilities * Flexible and proactive approach to working hours * Previous experience in administration, ideally within construction or highways (preferred but not essential) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a long-term role, with flexibility to balance work and life commitments.
