We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Holds a Health & Social Care Management Qualification at QCF Level 5 (or equivalent).
* Has experience developing therapeutic interventions and delivering group or one-on-one sessions in a substance misuse setting.
* Has overseen the operations of a centre.
* Is proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
* Can manage financial budgets effectively.
* Leads and supports a diverse team of staff and volunteers.
* Is skilled in managing challenging behaviour.
* Is committed to continuous professional development.
* Is flexible and adaptable to the needs of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the centre complies with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and safeguarding protocols.
* Maintain and improve the quality of the therapeutic recovery programme.
* Oversee a range of therapeutic interventions and social inclusion initiatives.
* Compile data and produce accurate, timely reports.
* Manage the performance and development of staff and volunteers.
* Maximise client retention and occupancy to meet company targets.
* Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre, including health & safety and facilities management.
