We are looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager with strong F&B links to support the hotel in delivering a high-quality experience that is guest focused, yet commercial and sustainable. This role operates 5 out 7 days and includes regular evenings and weekends Priorities of the Role This is the key onsite leadership role, reporting to the General Manager, it holds operational and financial accountability and supports the ongoing strategic planning of the Hotel's success. You will have fully accountability for the F&B departments and will support with the wider day-to-day operations. You will need to balance the hands-on requirements with team development, strategic and commercial delivery alongside compliance, and administrative needs. We expect you to embrace being an ambassador for the business and to be a principle led leader. You will be proud to support your team and to collaborate with them to deliver a genuine bespoke service that is sustainable for the long term. You will need creative flair and drive to support the General Manager to create a competitive edge for the business and to then drive and nurture the team to maximise the opportunities.
