San Carlo Liverpool are hiring a Sales and Events Manager!

Key Responsibilities:
* Work with restaurant GM's in your region to plan and organise events
* Build a strong network of businesses and local communities, to maximise sales opportunities
* Build relationships with new, existing and regular guests
* Ensure new guests are continually fed into the business, using a proactive sales approach to market the San Carlo current offering
* Continually drive sales through private bookings and events
* Marketing of the restaurants through social media accounts - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
* Ownership of inbound sales and the booking system, maximising sales opportunities
* Regularly attend networking events and sales opportunities to stay informed about market trends
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Team management experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
* A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
