The role.
The Business Support Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and organisational support to our client based in Ipswich. This temp-to-perm opportunity involves managing diaries, coordinating travel, and maintaining high integrity. Effective communication, prioritisation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks proactively and efficiently are essential.
Arrange and coordinate diaries for meetings and booking meeting rooms.
Set up meeting facilities, organise refreshments/lunch requirements and IT equipment.
Day to day administration support to business teams as designated.
Management of department spreadsheets.
Maintain credit card records.
Production of documentation as required within business area of responsibility.
Track and manage staff anniversaries.
Support other members of the Business Support Team as and when required and cover during periods of absence.
